Hotel Operations Manager

Welcome to French Cowboys! A Boutique Hotel Management Company in The Hill Country! We are seeking a Hotel Operations Manager to help us create wonderful guests stays and memories at out 2 Hotels in Comfort, TX. Our Hotels, The Meyer and Camp Comfort offer tranquility and comfort ( See what I did there?) in the heart of Hill Country.

The Role:

Inspect Rooms, Clean Rooms ( With Housekeeper Assistance, Maintain the Grounds + Rooms( With Maintenance Assistance) Make sure the property is welcoming and enjoyable for our guests. ( With AL Kinds Of Assistance) Be the go to person for events including weddings and corporate events. Be Awesome! Be Friendly! ( That's Up To You!) We operate on a light touch, remote checkin service model. We are looking for some one who has hotel / guest experience backgrounds and have open availabilty as weekends and a flexible schedule are requred ( We are open 365 days a year). No Late Nights! -Ok, maybe a late-ish night on occasion as needed, but few and far between, I promise.
