We're looking for an Hourly Retail Manager to support store leadership and help guide our Retail Sales Associates in delivering an exceptional guest experience. • stores close no later than 9:00 PM What You'll Do Lead by

Example:

Support and motivate the retail team through strong work ethic, integrity, and hands-on leadership

Store Operations:

Assist with daily store systems including POS transactions, ordering, receiving, and merchandise processing

Visual Merchandising:

Maintain visual display standards that highlight merchandise and drive sales

Inventory Management:

Help ensure accurate physical inventory counts

Staffing Support:

Assist the Retail Manager with scheduling and maintaining appropriate staffing levels based on sales and seasonal needs

Training & Development:

Support onboarding and ongoing training of Retail Sales Associates What We're Looking For Minimum of 2 years of retail experience High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment This role is ideal for someone ready to step into leadership, grow their retail management experience, and be part of a brand built on hospitality and Southern charm.
