Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Residential House Cleaning Professional to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional cleaning services to our clients' homes, ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and experience in various cleaning and sanitation tasks. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where quality and professionalism are valued. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Handle laundry and linen services as needed for clients Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness throughout the home Care for floors through proper cleaning techniques based on floor surfaces Kitchen duties including surface cleaning as well as appliances and cabinets when required Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and maintained properly Provide excellent customer service by respecting clients' homes and addressing any specific requests or concerns Follow safety protocols and health guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all team members Qualifications 3+ Years experience in residential cleaning, hotel cleaning, office cleaning, AirBnb turnovers Experience with floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation, and hotel housekeeping management is a plus Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction Ability to handle various cleaning tools and products safely and effectively Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods Reliable transportation is required for timely job site access Nice-to-have skills include commercial cleaning experience, laundry handling, and familiarity with custodial or hotel housekeeping standards This role is vital in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our clients' homes while providing professional service that exceeds expectations.

Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
