Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. This role will start as part-time with the potential to become full-time as workload increases. The ideal candidate is dependable, efficient, and committed to delivering exceptional cleaning results every time. Key Responsibilities Perform thorough residential cleaning, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all surfaces to high standards Deep cleaning tasks such as baseboards, appliances, and hard-to-reach areas Follow company cleaning checklists and protocols Handle cleaning supplies and equipment safely and responsibly Communicate professionally with clients when needed Maintain punctuality and adhere to scheduled appointments Report any damages, issues, or supply needs promptly Requirements Proven experience in residential or professional cleaning preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and efficiently Reliable transportation to travel to client locations Must be punctual, trustworthy, and professional Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform repetitive tasks Legal authorization to work in the U.S. Background check may be required Preferred Qualifications Experience with deep cleaning and/or move-in/move-out cleanings Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to follow instructions and adapt to different client needs What We Offer Flexible scheduling Opportunity for full-time employment and growth Supportive team environment Performance-based bonuses and incentives Consistent, reliable work as we expand How to Apply If you take pride in delivering exceptional cleaning services and want to be part of a growing company, we'd love to hear from you.
