Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeping professional to maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents and guests. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all areas are spotless, sanitized, and well-organized, contributing to a positive experience for everyone who enters. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will help uphold our high standards of hygiene and comfort. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface wiping to ensure a pristine environment Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items with care and efficiency Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and carpet cleaning to keep surfaces looking their best Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas following health and safety protocols to prevent the spread of germs Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or guests' requests promptly and professionally Manage janitorial supplies inventory and ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including scheduling or training new team members Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping roles Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care methods Experience with laundry operations and carpet cleaning equipment is preferred Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness consistently Prior janitorial or custodial experience is highly desirable; hotel experience is a plus Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Join us in creating inviting spaces that promote comfort and well-being!
