House Manager

Together we Shine, LLC is looking for caring and dedicated individuals to join our team. We help those with developmental and physical disabilities to achieve their goals and to become as independent as possible. Job Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: Support and assist individuals with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, dressing, toileting, bathing, transferring, and eating Ensure medications are properly dispensed and documented in accordance with company policy Ensure living and working spaces are neat, clean, free of any safety concerns, and all necessary environmental controls are performed consistently and thoroughly Actively engage individuals and encourage participation in activities Provide transportation in the community for various activities and appointments outside of the home Understand, respect, and maintain confidentiality at all times Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Pass a background Be willing to obtain: Car Registration (required if you will be driving clients in your personal vehicle) Driving Record (required if you will be driving clients) Full Coverage Car Insurance Valid driver's license and driving record that meets company policy and be willing to drive clients around clients into the community for groceries, errands, etc.
