House Manager/ Personal Assistant

Seeking an experienced Family Assistant / House Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a busy household. This role combines household management with personal assistant support and requires someone highly organized, proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities include:

Overseeing the organization and daily operations of the home Managing household vendors including cleaners, pool service, landscapers, pest control, and other service providers Ensuring household supplies are stocked and maintained Scheduling appointments, errands, and travel coordination Assisting with children's activities and appointments Coordinating pet-related appointments and care logistics Supporting the family with calendar management and general administrative tasks Helping ensure the home runs smoothly and efficiently on a daily basis

Qualifications:

3+ years of Family Assistant, House Manager, or Personal Assistant experience Strong communication and organizational skills Professional, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset Valid driver's license and clean driving record required Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus Travel flexibility is a plus

Pay:

$30.00 - $50.00 per hour
