Reporting to Nursing Administration leadership, the House Supervisor Nurse RN collaborates with the Chief Nursing Officer or Director-level leaders while partnering with hospitalists, perioperative services, care management, pharmacy, respiratory therapy, imaging, and the float pool staffing office; the House Supervisor Registered Nurse provides on-the-spot decision support, leads patient flow and capacity management, oversees safe handoffs, mentors emerging charge nurses, reinforces clinical policies, supports regulatory readiness, and champions a Just Culture—all while engaging a friendly team of nurses, allied health professionals, and providers who reflect a diverse, welcoming community of caregivers dedicated to excellence.
