$83,000 - $95,000 Position Summary The House Supervisor / Patient Flow Specialist oversees hospital operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficient patient flow, optimal staffing, and high-quality patient care. This role involves leadership, administrative decision-making, and coordination across clinical and non-clinical teams. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and guidance to hospital staff on policies and procedures Oversee patient flow, staffing allocation, and resource utilization Respond to patient and family concerns and resolve issues effectively Supervise staff performance and provide coaching and feedback Collaborate with charge nurses, clinical teams, and leadership Support administrative decision-making in coordination with senior nursing leadership Ensure smooth workflow and effective communication across departments Requirements Education Degree from an accredited Nursing Program Experience Minimum 3 years of RN experience in a hospital setting Recent ICU experience preferred Experience with: Patient flow and resource management Leadership or supervisory responsibilities Care across all age groups (infant to geriatric) Licensure & Certifications Active RN license (or ability to obtain) CPR certification (required)
ACLS & PALS
(required or must obtain within 6 months) Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of advanced nursing practices Experience with: Cardiac monitoring Post-operative and medical patient care Advanced equipment (ventilators, arterial lines, chest tubes, IV pumps) Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities Ability to manage high workload in fast-paced environments Strong organizational and communication skills For more details reach at Aditi.sharma@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-587-6677 .
