Housekeeper

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure our guest rooms and public areas are spotless, comfortable, and welcoming. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Whether performing routine cleaning tasks or specialized services, your work will directly contribute to the comfort and satisfaction of our guests. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all areas, including guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchenettes, and common areas. Execute detailed floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and polishing surfaces. Manage laundry duties including striping rooms, washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and housekeeping closets. Ensure all surfaces are sanitized according to health standards, paying special attention to high-touch areas. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and restock as needed to ensure efficient operations. Follow established protocols for janitorial and custodial tasks, including waste disposal and equipment maintenance. Experience Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is highly desirable. Knowledge of proper sanitation procedures and floor care techniques. Experience with laundry services. Background in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is a plus. Familiarity with carpet cleaning methods and equipment operation is advantageous. Previous housekeeping management experience can be beneficial for leadership roles. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
