Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Manage housekeeping tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment issues. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely room turnovers and guest satisfaction. Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while performing cleaning duties. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns. Requirements Proven experience in housekeeping management or related fields such as hospitality or hotel services is preferred. Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and floor care practices is a plus. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes. Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff members. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
