What you'll do:

Help our teams maintain a welcoming environment, completing your list of daily cleaning tasksTo be the first point of contact for customers.

To be visible to all customers and build relationships with at all levels.

Provide support of all cleaning functions performed by Sodexo.

Adhere to all standard operating procedures (SOP) and work instructions.

Wear the company uniform at all times whilst at work, and where applicable any items of personal protective equipment, as specified by client SOPs.

Comply with all client policies / procedures in relation to Cleaning / infection control / security.

Ensure that all requirements in relation to COSHH are adhered to, as specified by the Customer Service Manager.

Adhere to the site/cleaning offer and colour coding policy.

Support with incoming tasks, providing a speedy and spotless serviceHelp us keep our teams safe through safety and sanitation proceduresWhat you'll bring:
