The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for providing outstanding service. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring all areas are hygienic, organized, and welcoming, contributing to a positive environment for residents or guests. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your cleaning expertise while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. This position is Monday - Friday, 24 hours per week, with possibility to increase to 32 hours per week. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of living spaces, including residents rooms, bathrooms, kitchenettess, and common areas using appropriate cleaning techniques and supplies. Conduct residential cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high standards of hygiene. Ensure sanitation protocols are followed diligently to promote a safe and healthy environment. Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or guests' needs promptly and professionally. Keep cleaning supplies organized and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial expertise preferred. Knowledge of various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and efficiently under minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills coupled with a friendly attitude toward residents or guests. Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and performing repetitive motions safely. Prior experience in assisted living housekeeping is a plus but not mandatory.
