Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest accomodation areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing. Maintain cleanliness of floors through floor care, and proper use of cleaning equipment. Ensure all sanitation standards are met by properly disposing of waste and disinfecting high-touch areas regularly. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents' or guests' needs promptly and courteously. Manage custodial tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and company policies. Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, carpet cleaners, buffers, and other janitorial tools safely. Prior experience in hospitality or housekeeper management is a plus. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or holidays as needed.
