Housekeeper

Job Summary We are seeking a positive, team-oriented individual who is highly detail-oriented, especially when it comes to maintaining cleanliness and ensuring all areas are free of trash and debris. Duties Clean and open the ASC daily Regularly clean and vacuum interior hallways in Buildings 1 & 4 Regularly clean doors and windows in Buildings 1 & 4 Regularly blow off or vacuum carpeted walkways in Buildings 2 & 3 Clean and maintain outdoor grills Empty and dispose of waste from dog waste stations Keep the conference room and office areas clean and organized Process and assist with maintenance work order requests as needed Monitor vending and game machines Coordinate with maintenance to monitor and pick up trash and litter around dumpsters and throughout the property Walk the property with maintenance when possible, including rotating walkthroughs of all four buildings on a weekly basis Notify the Property Manager of any concerns, damages, or issues observed on the property Additional Information This position includes a 90-day probationary period A board review will be conducted 45 days from the start date All terms outlined in the employee handbook apply to this position Requirements Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques for different surfaces and materials, including floor care and sanitation protocols. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy objects, bending, and standing for extended periods. Must be able to perform physical tasks that include frequent walking and climbing stairs Position requires going up and down multiple flights of stairs regularly, as all three floors of the buildings require consistent cleaning and attention Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor. Experience with laundry processes and equipment operation is preferred. Basic understanding of safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment use.

Pay:

$14.00 - $17.00 per hour
