Housekeeping Supervisor Position Type:

Full-time | Hourly Accepting applications through May 19th, 2026. Wellspring Lutheran Services is a statewide nonprofit dedicated to serving seniors, families and children throughout Michigan. We are currently seeking a full-time Housekeeper to join our team at the Assisted Living and Memory Support in Saginaw. In this position, you'll be directly supporting your community in Saginaw County. Responsibilities Follow cleaning schedules in accordance with Standard Precautions, hazardous waste handling, and cleaning agent use policies and procedures Clean assigned areas, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, trash cans, furnishings and fixtures such as furniture, floors, walls, sills, closets and doors, according to established housekeeping procedures. Empty wastebaskets in bathrooms, resident rooms and common areas as directed, replacing with a clean plastic bag and one extra bag at the bottom of the wastebasket. Clean general common areas, dining spaces, offices and employee areas according to the assignment schedule Assist with laundry duties as needed. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred). Prior housekeeping or laundry experience (preferred but not required). Ability to follow cleaning procedures and safety protocols. Reliable, detail-oriented and committed to teamwork. Compassion for seniors and a dedication to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.

Schedule and Compensation Employment type:

Full-time, 40 hours / week

• 2:00pm) OR (7:00am
• 3:30pm) Monday

Monthly rotation
