Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing floors to maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance. Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and efficiency. Maintain sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly to promote a healthy environment. Manage residential cleaning schedules, ensuring all assigned areas are cleaned thoroughly and on time. Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or guests' requests promptly and professionally. Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care using appropriate equipment to preserve flooring quality. Assist with custodial responsibilities such as trash removal, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleanliness of storage areas. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential settings or commercial environments is highly preferred. Experience with hotel housekeeping management or hospitality industry roles is advantageous. Familiarity with cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures. Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment operation, and safety protocols to ensure effective and safe work practices. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with residents or guests. Previous experience in residential cleaning or commercial cleaning environments will be considered a plus.
