Housekeeper

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping management and industrial cleaning, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. This role is essential in providing a welcoming environment for guests and maintaining the overall appearance of our facilities. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities according to established standards. Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory, ensuring that all necessary materials are available for daily operations. Conduct floor care duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Maintain custodial responsibilities by cleaning restrooms, hallways, and other public spaces. Collaborate with the hospitality team to ensure guest satisfaction and address any special requests or needs. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Uphold high standards of cleanliness in accordance with hotel policies and procedures. Qualifications Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar role within the hospitality or hotel industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and order. Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards guests and colleagues. Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, lifting, and bending for extended periods.
