Typically 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Sundays required. About The Refresh Collection The Refresh Collection operates two boutique motels in the heart of Fish Creek, WI—Fresh Coast Motel and Spruce & Shore Motel. Our properties offer thoughtfully designed accommodations with a focus on guest experience, cleanliness, and comfort. We take great pride in maintaining a high standard of hospitality, and we are looking for dedicated and experienced housekeepers to join our team. Position Overview We are seeking detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced housekeepers to ensure our boutique motels are cleaned to the highest standards. The role involves cleaning guest rooms, assisting with laundry, and utilizing our software system to mark rooms as cleaned and upload photos for quality assurance. The housekeeper will report to our General Manager and the owners of The Refresh Collection. Key Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest hospitality standards Change linens, make beds, and restock guest supplies Assist with laundry operations as needed Submit photos of completed cleans into our system for quality control Use our cleaning management software to mark rooms as cleaned and ready for check-in Maintain organization and cleanliness of housekeeping carts and storage areas Follow property-specific checklists to ensure consistency and quality Report maintenance issues or damages to the General Manager Work efficiently and independently while also contributing to a team environment Qualifications & Requirements Previous housekeeping experience in motels, hotels, Airbnbs, or residential cleaning desired Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using basic technology for tracking cleaning progress and uploading photos Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift throughout shifts Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed Why Join Us?
