HOUSEKEEPER

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning and custodial services, with a focus on providing a welcoming and hygienic environment for guests or residents. This role is essential in ensuring that our premises meet high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Handle floor care tasks such as sweeping, polishing, and deep cleaning carpets or tiles to maintain pristine conditions Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms by disinfecting fixtures, replacing toiletries, and ensuring proper sanitation standards are met Assist with special cleaning projects including industrial cleaning or deep sanitation procedures as needed Report maintenance issues or damages to management promptly to uphold safety standards Follow established protocols for health and safety regulations within hospitality or institutional settings Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments preferred; hotel or custodial experience is a plus Knowledge of floor care techniques and use of cleaning equipment and supplies Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness Ability to work independently and efficiently in fast-paced environments Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks and lift moderate loads as required Previous experience in industrial cleaning or housekeeping management is advantageous but not mandatory A positive attitude and professional appearance are essential for delivering exceptional service standards
