Housekeeper

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure that our residential or commercial spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services, managing household or facility upkeep, and providing a welcoming environment for residents, guests, or clients. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute significantly to creating a pristine, organized, and inviting atmosphere. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of living or working spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure hygiene and safety. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care. Maintain floor care routines including carpet cleaning, polishing hard floors, and applying appropriate treatments to preserve flooring quality. Prepare meals or assist with basic cooking tasks as needed to support household or guest needs. Manage sanitation protocols by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly. Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or guests' requests promptly and professionally. Oversee custodial tasks in larger facilities or hotels, including supply management and routine inspections to uphold cleanliness standards. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, janitorial work, or commercial cleaning environments. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation practices, and floor care methods. Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, carpet cleaners, buffers, and steam cleaners effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Experience with laundry processes and basic cooking skills preferred. Familiarity with custodial management or housekeeping management is a plus. Ability to work independently with attention to detail while following safety guidelines and protocols.
