Housekeeper

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of residential or commercial spaces. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional service. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring all areas are hygienic, organized, and welcoming, contributing to the overall satisfaction of residents or guests. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of living and working spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing. Maintain high standards of sanitation in kitchens and bathrooms by properly cleaning fixtures and appliances. Care for flooring through specialized floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and polishing hardwood or tile surfaces. Prepare light meals or snacks as needed, utilizing basic cooking skills to enhance guest or resident experience. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and household items, ensuring all necessary materials are stocked and properly stored. Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or guests' needs promptly and professionally. Follow established safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping roles. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care methods. Ability to perform laundry tasks efficiently with attention to fabric care and stain removal. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Experience with janitorial equipment such as vacuum cleaners, steam cleaners, and carpet extractors. Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is advantageous but not mandatory. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards. Pay:

$15.30 - $15.94 per hour
