Housekeeper

HHS at Harris Regional Hospital is now hiring for full-time EVS positions, with a starting pay of $15.00 per hour. Higher pay will be offered, dependant upon experience.

• Hours of work will be: 1st shift
• 7AM•3:30PM 2nd Shift•3PM•11:30PM / 4PM•12:30AM •Must have reliable transportation and an electronic means of communication.

• Must pass a Drug Test to work at this facility.
• We have open interviews Monday
• Friday from 10am-3pm
• We are located at 68 Hospital Road, Sylva, NC, 28779. Drive around the left side of the hospital, near the helicopter landing pad, and we are in a small building on your left called the "Annex". Ask for Tim Hurst.
• Job Description Our goal is to provide a superior level of cleaning quality in an assigned area to maintain a clean hospital environment.

On any given day, you can expect to: Routinely clean patient rooms after they have left the facility.

Tasks include:

Dusting, mopping floors, removing trash bags, and making a bed. Performs daily cleaning procedures in accordance with HHS training videos in assigned areas Records work completed per daily checklist Performs other tasks as assigned by the department Director Just to be clear : The main expectations of this job are highlighted above in bold .
