Housekeeper

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and order in our facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning and custodial services, with a strong focus on providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff. This role is vital to ensuring our standards of hygiene and presentation are consistently met, contributing to an exceptional experience for all visitors. Experience in hotel, hospitality, or janitorial services is highly valued. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces according to established standards. Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and floor care procedures. Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials as needed. Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and free of dust, dirt, and debris. Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Adhere to health and safety regulations during all cleaning activities. Follow proper procedures for industrial cleaning when required. Experience Prior experience in housekeeping, janitorial work, or custodial services preferred. Hotel or hospitality industry experience is a plus. Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation is desirable. Experience with industrial cleaning or large-scale custodial projects is beneficial. Management experience in housekeeping roles is advantageous but not required.
