Housekeeper

Overview Curley's Resort and Dive Center is a timeless hotel, originally built with the scraps of a shipwrecked boat, hosting guests on their way to the Olympic National Park, people heading out on fishing trips, or families looking to escape the hustle and bustle. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our guestrooms and dive shop, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Previous experience in housekeeping or related fields is a plus. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Conduct public area care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing. Manage laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Collaborate with management to maintain efficient workflow and guest satisfaction. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles; hotel or hospitality experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, lifting, and moving for extended periods. We can provide a temporary housing for the first week, while you get settled!
