Housekeeper

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented part-time Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness. This role requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all areas are sanitized and well-kept. A background in housekeeping management or custodial services is preferred, but we welcome candidates with a passion for cleanliness and hospitality. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage floor care tasks such as sweeping, waxing, and polishing floors to maintain a pristine appearance. Conduct carpet cleaning and maintenance to ensure all carpets are clean and free of stains. Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues promptly. Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Experience Previous experience in housekeeping management or similar roles is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with residential cleaning techniques and custodial practices is advantageous. Knowledge of floor care equipment and carpet cleaning methods is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in the hospitality industry.
