Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in guest rooms, public areas, and other designated spaces. Your attention to detail and commitment to sanitation will ensure our guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming environment. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels Maintain cleanliness of public areas, hallways, lobbies, and restrooms Ensure floors are properly cared for through sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques Restock supplies like toiletries, towels, and cleaning products to ensure availability for guests Follow sanitation standards rigorously to promote health and safety in all areas Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to uphold high standards of cleanliness Skills Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, including residential and commercial cleaning practices Experience with floor care methods such as carpet cleaning and polishing hard floors Ability to provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and politely Familiarity with laundry procedures and custodial responsibilities in hospitality settings Basic cooking skills are a plus for assisting with guest requests or light food service tasks Previous janitorial or hotel housekeeping experience is highly desirable Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Join us to help create memorable stays for our guests by delivering exceptional cleanliness and service!
