This role ensures that guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards. Change bed linens, towels, and replenish amenities. Vacuum, dust, and polish furniture and fixtures. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management. Ensure housekeeping carts and supply closets are organized and stocked. Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Respond promptly to guest requests and special cleaning needs. Maintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy at all times. Assist with laundry and linen management as needed.
