Housekeeper

We are seeking a mature, professional, and highly skilled Housekeeper to maintain a private home and assist with the cleaning, preparation, and turnover of short-term and long-term rental properties as needed. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in private households, be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and take pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. This role requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and property readiness. A positive, upbeat personality with a calm demeanor, flexibility, and discretion is essential.

Duties:

Perform routine cleaning: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, and kitchen Conduct detailed deep cleaning of fine furniture, marble, stone, baseboards, floors, and all interior surfaces using proper care techniques for high-end finishes and materials Clean and sanitize children's toys, playroom, and high-touch areas Handle laundry: washing, folding, ironing, and organizing clothing and linens Prepare light, healthy meals and assist with basic cooking Organize and maintain household storage, including closets, drawers, and pantry Complete grocery shopping and manage household supply inventory Assist with cleaning, staging, preparation, and turnover of short-term and long-term rental properties as needed, ensuring properties are guest-ready and maintained to high standards Take out trash and recycling Run errands as needed (e.g., dry cleaning, pharmacy, post office) Maintain a pet-friendly approach; must be comfortable with dogs Maintain a non-smoking household at all times

Schedule Requirements:

Hours are firm and not flexible; candidate must be available to work Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM-4:00 PM.
