In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining guest rooms and public areas to brand standards. Your work plays a direct role in guest satisfaction and overall hotel success. This position operates in a fast-paced environment, and hours will vary based on hotel occupancy and business needs, including weekends and holidays. Responsibilities Clean and service guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces Clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms Restock amenities and supplies in guest rooms and housekeeping areas Identify and report maintenance issues or safety concerns Follow all health, safety, and cleanliness standards Use cleaning equipment and chemicals properly and safely Assist with deep cleans and special projects as needed Qualifications Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required Hotel experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift Reliable, team-oriented, and dependable What to Expect Fast-paced hotel environment with daily room assignments Team-oriented, hands-on work Hours that fluctuate based on occupancy
