Housekeeper

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure our residential or commercial spaces are spotless, comfortable, and welcoming. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation, providing exceptional customer service, and creating a pristine environment for residents, guests, or clients. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help foster a positive experience for everyone who enters the space. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, common areas, and facilities using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning techniques Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and disinfected according to health standards Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and linens to ensure readiness for guests or residents Provide excellent customer service by addressing requests promptly and professionally Manage housekeeping inventory and report maintenance needs or supply shortages to management Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping preferred Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, sanitation practices, and carpet cleaning methods Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and efficiency Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Experience with laundry processes and maintaining cleanliness standards in hospitality settings is a plus Ability to follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly Join us in creating clean, comfortable environments that leave lasting positive impressions!
