Housekeeper (PT, Year-Round)

Two Capes Lookout is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Housekeeper to join our team year-round. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean, welcoming spaces and enjoys working in a scenic coastal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain guest accommodations and common areas to high standards Change linens, make beds, and restock supplies Perform routine deep cleaning tasks as needed Ensure all assigned areas are organized, sanitized, and guest-ready Safely operate a golf cart to transport supplies and equipment around the property Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly Requirements Valid driver's license Ability to safely operate a golf cart Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to bend, lift, squat, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and time management skills Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Benefits Competitive pay for all hours worked Accrued yearly PTO Matching 401k (after 6 months of employment) Fun, engaging, and supportive work environment Opportunity to make a positive impact on guest experiences
