Housekeeper/Laundry Worker

Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Handle all laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens, towels, and guest clothing Assist with dry cleaning processes when necessary to ensure garments are properly cared for and returned in pristine condition Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, kitchens, hallways, and other designated areas according to established standards Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials to ensure smooth daily operations Follow safety protocols during cleaning and laundry procedures to prevent accidents or damage Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning activities to the appropriate department Requirements Prior experience in housekeeping or laundry services is preferred; hotel experience is a plus but not mandatory Knowledge of laundry techniques including washing, drying, ironing, and dry cleaning processes Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties within scheduled timeframes Join us in creating a welcoming environment where cleanliness meets comfort!
