Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, residential units, or common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items with care and efficiency Maintain cleanliness of floors through carpet cleaning, floor care techniques, and appropriate use of cleaning equipment Restock supplies like toiletries, towels, and cleaning products to ensure readiness for guests or residents Follow sanitation protocols meticulously to uphold health standards and safety regulations Assist with janitorial tasks including waste disposal, window cleaning, and detailed surface polishing Provide friendly customer service by addressing guest or resident requests promptly and professionally Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial expertise Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures Ability to perform laundry tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with guests or residents Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures or housekeeper management is a plus Capable of operating cleaning equipment safely and effectively Attention to detail with a proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness standards at all times Join us in creating pristine spaces that leave lasting impressions!
