Duties Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, common areas, and facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold hygiene standards Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and efficiency Maintain floors through specialized care techniques like carpet cleaning and floor polishing to ensure a pristine appearance Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products to ensure readiness for guest or resident needs Conduct regular sanitation procedures in kitchens, bathrooms, and high-touch areas to promote health and safety Manage custodial tasks including waste removal, window cleaning, and detailed surface polishing Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest or resident requests promptly and professionally while maintaining a positive attitude Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of sanitation protocols Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing methods Familiarity with laundry operations and handling various textiles with care Experience in commercial cleaning environments is preferred Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings Excellent communication skills to interact courteously with guests or residents and respond to their needs confidently Join us in delivering exceptional cleanliness and comfort!
