Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure that our environment remains spotless, comfortable, and welcoming. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of living spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high hygiene standards Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items with care Maintain floors through proper care techniques like carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and stain removal to ensure a polished appearance Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally Manage sanitation procedures in kitchens and bathrooms, ensuring all areas meet health regulations Assist with janitorial tasks including trash removal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment Support housekeeping management by following established protocols and reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping roles Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry handling Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and courteously Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery Experience with janitorial supplies management and basic maintenance procedures is preferred Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is a plus but not mandatory Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends or evenings as needed Join us to make a tangible difference by creating clean, safe environments that guests and residents will love!
