Housekeeper Position Summary The Housekeeper at Lone Tree Retirement Community is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the community. The Housekeeper ensures resident rooms, common areas, bathrooms, dining spaces, and offices remain clean, comfortable, and inviting every day. A successful Housekeeper at Lone Tree Retirement Community is dependable, detail-oriented, compassionate, and committed to excellence. Housekeeper Responsibilities Clean resident rooms and bathrooms thoroughly Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize all assigned areas Maintain cleanliness in hallways, dining rooms, offices, and common spaces Empty trash and replace liners Restock housekeeping and cleaning supplies Follow infection control and sanitation procedures Assist with laundry duties as needed Report maintenance or safety concerns immediately Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for residents and guests Work as part of the Lone Tree Retirement Community team to provide exceptional service Housekeeper Qualifications Previous Housekeeper or cleaning experience preferred Healthcare, senior living, or long-term care experience is a plus Strong attention to detail Excellent attendance and reliability Ability to work independently and with a team Compassionate attitude toward seniors Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout shifts Strong communication and organizational skills Join the Lone Tree Retirement Community Family At Lone Tree Retirement Community , every Housekeeper makes a difference.
