A Housekeeping Attendant ensures the cleanliness of guest rooms, public spaces, and the heart of house. He or she will encounter guests and will need to consistently provide a positive guest experience. They play an important role in our home-away-from-home experience for each of our guests every day. Responsibilities and Duties Acknowledges and greet guests with a warm and friendly greeting Performs tasks in a thorough and thoughtful manner Cleans assigned guest rooms and common areas in the allotted time including; changing bed linen, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, mopping and vacuuming Notifies the Maintenance Department of repairs needed Keeps storage areas and carts well-stocked, neat clean, and orderly Accommodates special requests All other duties as assigned Some lifting, bending and reaching is required Qualifications and Skills Attention to detail Ability to multi task and work well under pressure Previous hotel-related experience preferred but not required Ability to communicate in a polite and professional manner Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays Apply today!
