Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment. Manage housekeeping operations efficiently, including scheduling and training staff. Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to maintain quality standards. Handle laundry services, ensuring linens are cleaned and presented impeccably. Respond promptly to guest requests for additional supplies or services. Implement floor care procedures to maintain the appearance of carpets and hard surfaces. Collaborate with the front desk team to accommodate special guest requests or needs. Qualifications Proven experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping management within the hospitality industry. Strong understanding of floor care techniques and custodial practices. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or as part of a team. Familiarity with laundry operations and equipment is preferred. Experience in residential cleaning may be beneficial but not required.
