Key Responsibilities:
Clean resident rooms, common areas, hallways, and restrooms according to facility standards Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces to maintain a safe environment Change linens, make beds, and restock supplies as needed Follow proper infection control and safety procedures at all times Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and delivering items as assigned Promptly report any equipment or maintenance concerns Provide respectful and courteous service to residents, families, and staff
Qualifications:
Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred (healthcare setting a plus, but not required) Ability to follow cleaning schedules, safety rules, and infection control procedures Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team Compassionate attitude with a commitment to serving residents Physical ability to bend, lift, push, and stand for extended periods
