Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas using established procedures and eco-friendly products. Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens, towels, and guest clothing with care and efficiency. Operate dry cleaning equipment when necessary to ensure delicate garments are properly cared for. Maintain cleanliness of all laundry equipment and storage areas to ensure safety and optimal operation. Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and linens to ensure availability for guests' needs. Follow safety protocols and hygiene standards consistently to uphold health regulations. Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and continuous quality service. Skills Proven experience in laundry services or hotel housekeeping roles is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, including the use of various cleaning tools and products. Familiarity with dry cleaning processes and equipment operation. Excellent attention to detail to ensure every space is spotless and well-organized. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that require standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motions.
