Housekeeping Attendant

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a hospitality environment. This role is essential in maintaining the overall appearance and hygiene of our facilities, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and pleasant experience. You must have weekend availability Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Conduct floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and towels as needed. Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products in guest rooms and public areas. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist with special projects or deep cleaning tasks as assigned by housekeeping management. Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with guests and team members. Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred; hotel or hospitality experience is a plus. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and janitorial practices is beneficial. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions effectively. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good physical stamina; must be able to lift and move items as necessary. A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
