Housekeeping

We are looking for a full time housekeeper to join our team! We have properties in Scottville, Ludington and Manistee. Applicant must be self motivated as well as transportation and willing to work at multiple property sites. Responsibilities Keep hallways, laundry rooms and common areas clean Deep clean vacant apartments and prepare them for new renters Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment Light gardening, pulling weeds and planting flowers Move small furniture when necessary Qualifications Experience in housekeeping preferred but not required, we will train the right person Strong attention to detail Familiarity with cleaning tools and equipment Strong work ethic Reliable transportation
