Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, residential units, or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Maintain floor care through sweeping, polishing, carpet cleaning, and appropriate use of floor maintenance equipment Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed to promote a safe and hygienic environment Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products to ensure readiness for guests or residents Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any specific cleaning requests or concerns promptly and professionally Follow established safety procedures and janitorial standards to uphold cleanliness and prevent accidents Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial background preferred Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation practices Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards guests or residents Experience with laundry operations and managing linens efficiently Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures or housekeeper management is a plus Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Embark on a rewarding journey where your attention to detail transforms spaces into pristine environments.
