Housekeeping

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in residential or commercial settings, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests and residents. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and an eye for detail, as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and well-presented. Manage floor care, including carpet cleaning and maintenance of hard surface floors. Maintain cleanliness in guest rooms or residential spaces, ensuring all items are organized and in their proper place. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and addressing any concerns. Assist with housekeeping management tasks as needed, including inventory management of cleaning supplies. Prepare meals or snacks when required, adhering to dietary restrictions or preferences if applicable. Conduct regular inspections of cleaned areas to ensure high standards are met. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations within the facility. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is preferred, particularly in hotel or commercial settings. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products used in both residential and commercial environments. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
