The starting time for this role is 9AM and finish times vary based on hotel occupancy day by day. Our busier season is May through September! Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing all surfaces. Use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment to care for floors, carpets, tiles, and other surfaces, ensuring they are well-maintained and safe. Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and amenities in guest rooms and public areas to enhance guest comfort. Report any maintenance issues or damages Follow health and safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and maintain a secure environment for guests and staff alike. Experience Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred; experience in industrial cleaning or janitorial work is beneficial. Knowledge of cleaning techniques specific to hospitality environments including floor care and surface sanitation. Familiarity with hotel operations or hospitality industry standards enhances effectiveness in this role. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced settings. Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards at all times.
