Apply and join our team today! We are looking for a Housekeeping Inspector to join our team at Sophie Station Suites! Qualifications

• 1 year Housekeeping experience required
• 1 year Inspecting experience preferred
• 1 year leadership experience preferred
• Strong customer service skills and knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service, to include assessing needs, meeting quality standards, and evaluating customer satisfaction
• Able to complete tasks in a timely manner
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs., including up and down stairs
• Able to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms, legs, and moving the whole body, to include, but not limited to, standing, walking, bending, squatting, stooping, twisting, kneeling, reaching, tugging, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, and climbing and descending stairs Core Responsibilities
• Inspect hotel rooms and public areas of the hotel to ensure cleanliness meets FDI standards
• Provide training and leadership to housekeeping employees regarding performance and company cleaning standards
• Report employee conflicts and/or concerns to Supervisor/Manager
• Pre-strip rooms of dirty linens
• Remove from rooms, and properly dispose of any items containing alcohol
• Communicate with other hotel employees and managers as needed to meet guest's needs and maintain smooth operation of hotel functions
• Operate company vehicle and transport employees and supplies around the resort property as needed (Wedgewood only)
• Observe health and safety precautions required to protect people, and hotel and guest property
• Report damage, theft, and found articles to management
