Here's What You'll Do:
Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
Team Leader & Motivator:
Assist the Hotel's General Manager to hire, train, and inspire a hardworking housekeeping team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Quality Control Expert:
Conduct regular room and public area inspections to ensure every space meets our high cleanliness and presentation standards.
Inventory & Supply Guru:
Manage linens, cleaning supplies, and amenities, ensuring everything is stocked and used efficiently.
Efficiency Champion:
Develop and implement housekeeping schedules to maximize productivity while maintaining top-notch quality.
Detail Detective:
Quickly identify maintenance or cleanliness issues, coordinate with the maintenance team, and ensure all guest spaces are flawless.
Guest Experience Advocate:
Address housekeeping-related guest concerns with professionalism and efficiency, going the extra mile to ensure satisfaction.
Health & Safety Leader:
Ensure all cleaning procedures meet hygiene and safety standards, keeping our hotel environment pristine and compliant.
Data & Performance Tracker:
Monitor team performance, guest feedback, and cleanliness scores, making improvements where needed. What we're looking for: Previous experience in housekeeping leadership: Hotel experience preferred!
Strong leadership and team-building skills:
With a positive and motivating attitude.
Keen attention to detail:
High cleanliness standards.
Ability to multitask:
Prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication:
With strong problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of housekeeping best practices:
Safety regulations, and inventory management.
