Housekeeping Manager

Duties Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver consistent service excellence in cleaning, laundry, and custodial tasks Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to optimize team productivity Conduct regular inspections of airbnbs, vacation rentals, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to ensure compliance with quality standards Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; place orders as needed to maintain operational efficiency Implement safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals, equipment use, and general workplace safety regulations Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs promptly and enhance overall guest satisfaction Requirements Proven supervising experience in housekeeping or custodial management within hotels or hospitality settings Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, commercial cleaning products, laundry processes, and janitorial best practices Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team Experience with Airbnb, vacation rentals, and housekeeping management Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a dynamic environment Previous hospitality, Airbnb, and vacation rental experience is highly desirable Join us as a manager and play a vital role in creating memorable guest experiences through impeccable cleanliness and outstanding service.
