Summary Join our dynamic team and work in a beautiful setting with an unobstructed view of the ocean! We are looking individuals who can provide authentic and memorable experiences that deliver the Southern California Dream to our guests. The Housekeeping Coordinator assists with all office duties of the housekeeping department such as payroll, ordering,munication with housekeeping staff, etc. Excellentmunication andanizational skills required. The Housekeeping Coordinator works with the housekeeping leadership team to build a strong team focused on high quality results. This person will work heavily on theputer and must be tech savvy. This is a part time/ seasonal position, ending around September 5th, 2026. - And so ! Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of housekeeping experience in the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn other operational systems.
- Ability to keyboard 50 - 60 words per minute.
- Be willing to work flexible hours and days including holidays, weekends and evenings.
- Hotel experience is a plus.
- Experience in Opera and hotSOS are a plus.
- Takes pride in a great job done.
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others.
- Able to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight.
- Able to walk and stand throughout duration of shift.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must have excellentanizational, interpersonal and administrative skills.
- Must be able to speak, read and write in English proficiently.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
